This month is our first month for recognition of our “resident of the month” campaign. This prestigious honor will go to Khadedja K. Ms. Khadedja has showed us that she appreciates the community in which she lives. She was seen on several occasions, picking up trash around her unit, the dumpster and has had no lease violations or complaints on file. Her rental and utility payments are always paid on time, and there has been no damages reported to her apartment. She keeps an exceptionally clean apartment. Her patio and breezeway are always sparkling clean.
For being March’s “resident of the month”, one our vendor’s donated a $100 Visa gift card to her and 2 movie passes. We are awarding her with $250.00 off her April’s rent and an assigned parking spot closest to her unit for 30 days. Khadedja is an outstanding resident and is the ideal resident that any landlord would want. If you know her or live near her, please congratulate her and take notes, you could be next month’s winner.
You can elect someone who you see on the community doing an outstanding job. It is easy to qualify. Certain restrictions apply. One must come in the office, to ask Management for more details. Each prize and award varies. Must be a resident of Montecito Palms or resident of Montecito Palms to elect a resident.

Employee of the Month
The Employee of the Month, generally selected by management, positive comments taken from vendors and residents is the recognition of an individual by the staff here at Montecito. The Employee of the Month recognition is usually accompanied by a gift, gift certificate and/or a certificate or . Often the name of the Employee of the Month displayed in the company lobby.
1. Any employee can be nominated to be "Employee of the Month".
2. Nominations should be made by email to the Property Manager. Any employee of the staff may be nominated. Any resident, vendor, employee of IAM, and/or peace officer. montecitopalms@integrityamc.com
3. Nominations should be submitted by the 26th of the same month that the recognized action occurred. For example, if the noted action occurred on May 15th, the nomination should be submitted no later than May 26th.
4. Along with the person’s name, a short paragraph or sentence should be submitted listing the nominee’s action that should be noted.
5. At the end of the 2 top nominees will be nominated at the breakfast meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of every Month. Residents are encouraged to attend.
